Karthika is currently able to eat and drink independently.  She is responsive to simple two-word instructions, and is conversely expressive in simple terms.  She is very attentive and can identify simple objects, animals, etc.  Furthermore, she has a conceptual understanding of size.  She can also recite numbers up to 10, but lacks a conceptual understanding of them.  She is able to play and interact well with a large group of peers in her age group.
