Disabled youth between the ages 18 and 25 are recruited under this scheme. These youth are high school graduates and are enrolled in various Degree and Diploma programs, carefully chosen for individual abilities and opportunities. Training is given in Computers, Mechanical repairs, Typing, Data Entry, Sewing, Crafts and so on.
$600 (U$ 495) will train one disabled youth for a full year, including boarding & lodging.

Their only hope to a decent life is to be educated and trained in some vocation, that can fetch them jobs. HCI has a mission to give them the best possible training in a vocation and life skills to make them independent.
 | ASSA gives high quality training in Computers, Typing and other vocations. Right now there are 50 youth receiving such training and more on the waiting list. HCI has sponsored the training of 20 youth each year for the past 3 years. Click on the links to know them better. | ||||
| Since HCI started supporting this endeavor in 2002, 30 disabled youth have completed the training and found employment.
