Diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability, B Sakthi Bala was completely dependent in day-to-day activities, and have difficulties communicating with others. After joining the EI program at 4 years old, he is now able to walk independently on ADLs, talk in sentences, and is enrolled in a mainstream school.
